Return Policy

Feel comfortable when you want to return. If you don't like the item, simply return it for a full refund within 30 Days of delivery in the original, unused condition and packaging.

A few items can NOT be returned, including:

  • Clearance Items
  • Used Items
  • Close -Out Deals
  • Personalized items (such as Custom Cut Runners)
  • Items marked Non-Returnable on the sales page

Steps of a Return

  1. Contact us by email.
  2. You will be given RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
  3. Place the item in its original packaging or a similar safe packaging.
  4. Customers are liable for Return Shipping Cost. You can return the item by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We have low cost contracts with UPS & FedEx. We will provide these low cost return labels for you. If you want a prepaid return label, we will deduct this lowest return ship cost from your refund. example: You want to return 5x7 Area Rug. Typical Return Cost is $25. You paid $100 for the rug, less $25 return cost, you will be refunded $75.
  5. You will be emailed the return label.
  6. Place the Return label on the packed item, and drop it of to the carrier.
  7. You will be refunded on the same day of your return received by our department.
