Return Policy - How it Works?
Feel comfortable when you want to return. If you don't like the item, simply return it for a full refund within 30 Days of delivery in the original, unused condition and packaging.
A few items can NOT be returned, including:
- Clearance Items
- Used Items
- Close -Out Deals
- Personalized items (such as Custom Cut Runners)
- Items marked Non-Returnable on the sales page
Steps of a Return
- Contact us by email.
- You will be given RA Number (Return Authorization Number)
- Place the item in its original packaging or a similar safe packaging.
- Customers are liable for Return Shipping Cost. You can return the item by UPS, USPS or FedEx. We have low cost contracts with UPS & FedEx. We will provide these low cost return labels for you. If you want a prepaid return label, we will deduct this lowest return ship cost from your refund. example: You want to return 5x7 Area Rug. Typical Return Cost is $25. You paid $100 for the rug, less $25 return cost, you will be refunded $75.
- You will be emailed the return label.
- Place the Return label on the packed item, and drop it of to the carrier.
- You will be refunded on the same day of your return received by our department.
